Your organisation's administrator will send you an invitation email.
- Open the invitation link in the email

- Complete the onboarding steps
- The app opens and you are signed in
If you already have an account, simply sign in with your email and password. See Account access for details on sign-in methods including QR code authentication.
Step 3 — Set up your profile
A complete profile ensures you can book aircraft, log flights, and receive invoices correctly.
- Go to Profile in the bottom navigation
- Open Personal data and fill in your contact details, address, and emergency contact
- Open Licences and add your pilot licence with validity dates and reference numbers
- Upload a profile photo so your organisation can identify you

See Profile for detailed instructions on each section.

- Save the booking
Tip

What to explore next
| Feature | Where to find it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Documents | Drive | Access shared documents from your organisation |
| Contacts | Contacts | Find and call fellow pilots |
| Training | Training | Review training lessons and sign gradings |
Good practice
- Allow location access — many features depend on knowing your position
- Log departures right before takeoff and arrivals right after landing
- Keep your licences and profile up to date
- Cancel bookings you no longer need to free up resources for others
- Top up your balance before busy flying days
