What this tab is for
The Account tab combines access rights, booking rules, organisational grouping, and Aerolync account status.
You can typically control:
- active status
- administrator access
- aerodrome commander access
- TKI role
- flight instructor role
- booking limits
- booking horizon
- simultaneous booking permission
- minimum balance rule for rental use
- calendar group
- roles
- labels
Aerolync account access
This tab also shows whether the relation:
- already has a linked account
- only has an invitation pending
- does not yet have an Aerolync account
From here, staff can usually send or resend an invite, unlink an account, or send a password reset.
Good practice
- use person-specific booking rules only when organisation defaults are not suitable
- review roles and labels regularly so access stays clean
- check this tab first when a user cannot sign in or cannot book as expected
