The Schedule screen gives a mobile view of bookable aircraft, instructors, and resources.

What users can do here

• browse the day schedule
• move to previous, next, or today
• filter by schedule group
• create a booking from an available time slot
• open an existing booking
• review My bookings

What the schedule shows

• aircraft and other resources as rows
• time slots across the day
• existing bookings
• blocked periods
• instructor availability or unavailability where relevant
• sunrise, sunset, and current time markers

Creating a booking

When a user selects a free time range, the booking form can ask for:

• aircraft or resource
• flight instructor
• date and time
• recurring options where available
• description

Editing or cancelling

Existing bookings can be opened for follow-up. Depending on the booking, users may be able to:

• review the details
• cancel the booking
• provide a cancellation reason

Good practice

• check My bookings before creating a new one
• use schedule groups to reduce visual clutter
• keep booking descriptions clear when the purpose is not obvious
