The Schedule screen in the Pilot App gives you mobile access to the booking system. You can view aircraft and flight instructor availability, create new bookings, and manage your existing reservations.
What you see
The Schedule screen shows a day timeline with all resources (aircraft and flight instructors) and their bookings. Each row represents one resource, and time slots are displayed horizontally across the day.
My Bookings — A filtered view showing only your own reservations. This is the quickest way to check your upcoming flights.

Timeline markers
The schedule shows visual markers to help you plan:
- Current time line — a line indicating the current moment
- Sunrise marker — when the sun rises at the airfield
- Sunset marker — when the sun sets at the airfield
- Blocked periods — greyed-out areas where the resource is unavailable
