Insights

Monitor ticket sales, revenue, and per-aircraft-type performance for your flight sales events.

Last updated 2026-03-28

The Insights tab gives you a fast commercial overview of your flight sales event performance.

What you see

The Insights dashboard shows key metrics for the selected event:

  • Tickets sold — the total number of confirmed ticket bookings
  • Total revenue — the total monetary value of all ticket sales
  • Split per aircraft type — how tickets and revenue are distributed across different aircraft types used in the event
  • Total tickets — the overall ticket count including all statuses
  • Total turnover — the cumulative financial turnover for the event

When to use Insights

Use the Insights tab to answer questions like:

  • Is the event selling well or do we need to promote it more?
  • Which aircraft types are most popular with customers?
  • Are we on track to fill our available capacity?
  • What is the expected revenue for this event?

Common tasks

Check event performance before the event date

  1. Open Flight Sales
  2. Select the event
  3. Go to the Insights tab
  4. Review tickets sold versus total available capacity
  5. If sales are low, consider additional promotion or adjusting the event

  2. Review the per-aircraft-type breakdown
  3. Use this information to plan future events — allocate more capacity to popular types

Get a revenue summary for reporting
