Contacts gives users access to the shared contact directory.
What users can do here
- search for another user
- open the contact card
- call the person directly
- send an email
First-time consent
If contact sharing has not yet been enabled, the app first asks the user for permission to share their own details. Once enabled, the shared contact directory becomes available.
What may be shown on a contact card
- profile picture
- name
- email address
- phone number
Good practice
- enable contact sharing if your organisation expects users to contact each other through the app
- keep your own profile contact details current so the directory stays useful
