What insights are for
The insights area gives a management view of what is happening across the organisation. It is meant for trend checking, not for detailed corrections.
Depending on the organisation, you may see dashboards such as:
- aircraft utilisation trends
- rental flight hour trends
- subscription health
- movement-related charts
Questions insights help answer
Use this area when you want to understand questions such as:
- is aircraft usage increasing or dropping
- are subscriptions moving into expired or warning states
- is operational activity higher or lower than expected
What to do after spotting an issue
When an insight suggests that something needs attention, continue in the specialist module:
- go to Relations for people, subscriptions, and access
- go to Schedule for booking and planning issues
- go to Fleet overview for aircraft follow-up
- go to Finance for money flows and invoices
- go to Flight training for student progress
Good practice
- use insights to identify patterns, not as the final answer
- follow unusual trends with record-level review in the right module
- check insights regularly so slow operational changes are noticed early
