At the top of the Profile screen you see:

  • Your profile photo (tap to upload or change)
  • Your name
  • Your organisation — if you belong to multiple organisations, you can switch between them here

Changing your profile photo

  1. Tap your profile photo or the photo placeholder
  2. Choose to take a new photo or select one from your device
  3. Confirm the upload
  4. Your new photo appears across the app and on the platform

Switching organisations

If you are part of multiple Aerolync organisations:

  1. Tap the organisation name or selector in the profile header
  2. Choose the organisation you want to switch to
  3. The app reloads with data from the selected organisation

Your licence information is visible to your organisation on the platform in the Licences tab of your relation record. Administrators can view but not edit your licence data — you manage it from the app.

You can review and sign gradings that require your acknowledgement.

Good practice

  • Keep your personal data current — your organisation relies on it for contact and emergency information

Warning

Expired licences may prevent you from booking or flying if your organisation enforces licence validity requirements. Renew before expiration.

  • Update your licences before they expire — expired licences may prevent you from booking or flying
  • Review your subscriptions periodically to make sure they are active
  • Set your contact sharing preferences according to your comfort level
  • Use a recognisable profile photo — it helps your organisation identify you
