Next to the day scheduler, the Schedule module offers two overview calendars: a week view with the days as columns, and a month view showing the whole month at a glance. Switch between them with the Day, Week and Month buttons in the left navigation. The selected date travels with you: standing on a Thursday in the day view and switching to Week shows the week around that Thursday, and vice versa.
Both views are designed for oversight. Creating and rearranging bookings remains the strength of the day scheduler — the overviews bring you there with one click.
What you see
- One block per booking. Where the day scheduler splits a reservation over its aircraft, instructor and resource rows, the overviews show a single block: the registration in bold, the pilot's name, and a smaller line for the flight instructor when one is attached.
- A consistent colour per aircraft, so busy aircraft stand out immediately. PPR bookings keep their status colour (amber pending, green accepted).
- Blocked and past time. Past hours and days are greyed out. With an aircraft selected in the filter, its schedule blocks — maintenance, recurring blocks, unavailability through shared aircraft — appear as grey, non-clickable blocks, exactly like the day view.
Filters and navigation
The filter bar works the same in both views:

Working from the overviews
- Click a booking to open the familiar edit window; the view refreshes after saving.
- Click a free slot in the week view with an aircraft or resource selected in the filter, or drag over a time range, and the new-booking form opens directly with the date and times pre-filled.
- Without a filter selection, clicking a free slot or a day header jumps to the day scheduler on that date — the place to see all rows side by side. Clicking a day in the month view does the same.
On small screens
On phones and narrow windows the day columns keep a readable minimum width: the week and month scroll horizontally instead of compressing, and in the week view the hour column stays fixed while the days scroll. The filter bar collapses into a filter button that opens a full-width panel.
