Account access

Sign in, create an account when invited, reset a password, and understand the main access paths into the Pilot App.

The Pilot App supports the standard sign-in flow, password reset, and account creation when an invitation or onboarding flow is available.

Main entry points

  • sign in with your Aerolync account
  • reset your password if you cannot sign in
  • create your account if your organisation has invited you

What users can expect

  • the app opens on the login page when you are not signed in
  • if available, a reset password link helps you start a password reset flow
  • some environments also support QR-based approval for authentication-related flows

After signing in

The app opens on Home by default. If you arrive from a payment return flow, the app can also open directly in Finance.

Good practice

  • use the same Aerolync account consistently
  • complete account creation as soon as you receive an invitation
  • reset your password instead of creating duplicate accounts
