Home and app launcher

The Home screen of the Admin Dashboard shows Your apps — a grid of shortcuts to every platform module. This is the fastest way to navigate between different areas of the platform during your daily work.

What you see

The app launcher displays shortcut tiles for the platform modules available to you. Typical shortcuts include:

• Insights — organisational trend dashboards
• Schedule — booking and planning management
• Relations — people and relation management
• Fleet — aircraft management
• Flight training — student training records
• TKI — Theory Knowledge Instruction
• Aeromail — bulk email communication
• Finance — transactions, payments, and invoicing
• Flight register — aerodrome movement register
• Flights — live flight monitoring
• Flight sales — event-based flight sales
• Kiosk — self-service endpoint control
• Settings — organisation-wide configuration

The exact modules visible depend on which modules are enabled for your organisation.

How to use the launcher

1. Open the Admin Dashboard
2. Find the module you need in the Your apps grid
3. Click the module tile
4. You are taken directly to that module

The launcher saves time when you frequently switch between modules during the day — for example, moving from Relations to Schedule to Finance.

When to use the dashboard home

Use the home screen when:

• You are starting your day and need to choose where to begin
• You are switching between several modules (operations, finance, training)
• A colleague has asked for help and you need to navigate to the right area quickly

Common tasks

Start your daily workflow

1. Open the Admin Dashboard
2. Review which tasks need attention today
3. Click the first module you need to work in
4. Complete your work there, then return to the dashboard for the next module

Jump to a specific module quickly

1. From the dashboard, click the module tile directly
2. No need to navigate through menus — the launcher provides direct access

• Treat Your apps as a launch point, not as a place to keep information up to date
• Open the detailed module as soon as you know where the real work belongs
• Keep your day organised around the specialised modules — use the dashboard only for fast navigation
